GTG is a real-world competition platform where users participate in location-based events. Participants must physically reach designated checkpoints and complete routes. The first user to complete all required checkpoints is declared the winner of that event.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to participate in paid events. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Event Participation

• Events may be free or require an entry fee.
• All event details, including checkpoints and prizes, are defined before the event begins.
• Winning depends solely on speed, physical movement and successful completion of checkpoints.
• No element of chance determines the winner.

5. Payments

Paid events are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout.

6. Prizes

Prizes are defined before each event starts and are non-monetary unless otherwise specified. Prizes are delivered to the winning participant as described in the event details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to falsify location data.
• Using automated systems or exploits.
• Interfering with the integrity of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in physical events is voluntary. Users are responsible for their own safety and compliance with local laws while participating.
